Stoke vs Southampton

Both Teams to Score (BTTS) 11/10

In the past seven meeting between these two teams, this has landed six times. Stoke are a resolute team at home, but Southampton have had an upswing in form and although Stoke haven’t been performing as well as of late, they have only failed to score once in their past six games. Minus a blip at Everton, Southampton have been recording a goal in their most recent games too. It’s tough to pick a winner with Stoke being at home, so I feel this is a safer option.

Crystal Palace vs West Bromwich Albion

Palace Straight win 11/10

Crystal Palace are in great form and are crushing teams by convincing margins. Bolasie is in the form of his life, including a hat-trick last weekend. For West-Brom this is a must win game, and worst case scenario, they need to escape with a point. Pulis has never been relegated with a team, and he won’t be looking to make this his first. West Brom are on an awful run of form, and certainly haven’t been banging in the goals which makes me think Palace will have the edge over them, but it could be close.

Everton vs Burnley

Everton Straight Win 8/13

Burnley are clinging on, and Everton’s recent run of form has pretty much got them into the safe zone. They don’t appear to be taking it lightly though and look like they will finish strong after having a bad start to 2015. Burnley simply don’t score enough or have enough quality in the final third for me to back them away from home. They will defend admirably, but I think Everton will break them down and if they score early on, Burnley will be forced to attack and leave more gaps for Everton’s quality players to exploit. Everton won the away fixture and although Burnley are fighting for their lives, they will need Danny Ings to rediscover his scoring form to take a point or more here.
